I''ll explain properly soon, been meaning to write a tutorial - but I'm only just understanding the whole shebang meself - there are a couple of Wordpress plugins geo.php and geomashup that make it easy enough.

Most posts can be put through Yahoo Pipes's location finder that is brill for finding locations from content - this is how I am using Created in Birmingham's posts at the moment. A joy to add any geotagged feeds tho'.
