					<description>While it's difficult to argue with the examples and position of the leadership paradox presented here, I would argue that what you are describing are different organisations and leadership structures. Wikipedia, one of the best examples of volunteers working to make something large scale and amazing still operates within an organisational structure and is lead by a benevolent king. What we need are leaders who can draw even greater value out of self organising dedicated kick butt networks. In line with your posting, this is where the future of successful organisations lies.</description>
