Hey Nick, good to meet you. It's funny, now that I outed my questions about 2nd waving, it is part of so many of my F2F and online conversations over the past two days. It was the topic of conversation at dinner at a tech educators conference I'm at. In fact, Dave Cormier and I just switched the focus of the workshops we're running tomorrow to more directly play with these 2nd waver questions. I shall be carrying your stories into the room!

(hm, I should have started a 2ndWave tag!)

( or is that unh?) :-)

Wow, Nick - you captured what is so cool about blogging and social media for professional development with your Umh comment. And, I didn't even know your name until just now.

Maybe we should have a skype conference call? I dunno - it's the end of the day on this side of the ocean and you all are just getting up. Let me catch up! :-)

I don't think we are talking unh. Others will. That's partly the beauty of the internet - narrowcasting - and the point of the conversation. Find your area of interest and use the technology to explore what it means and then get things done.

Nick - thanks for the mention. I agree with the unh? reality check. Aside from that, what interests me is that there is an open conversation between you, Beth, Nancy, Megan, me that couldn't have taken place otherwise. We may be talking unh? but it could be something less abstruse. We'll continue to read each others blogs, and the readers of our blogs may join in, or make their own linkages.
Unh? Hey - you meet interesting people out here.
